British mixed media artist Pam Glew is recognised for her distinctive use of vintage fabric and flags as her base bleached canvases.

Pam says "flags hold power for me, but when I use them now they are more about heritage and identity".

Uniquely, Pam's works are often centred around the notions of women, women’s work and the scarcity of women in the history of art. She moulds images of iconic individuals who shaped pop culture on a global level and replaces them into society with her own eccentric style.
