We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please read our returns policy below.
Returning Your Order
If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
- Include any certificates of authenticity or accompanying documentation where applicable.
(Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error.)
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care when packaging artwork, however if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item, packaging and any damage.
We will assess the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Limited Edition Artwork
Due to the nature of limited edition prints and original artwork, we ask that all purchases are considered carefully before ordering.
Items that have been customised, commissioned or made to order cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, although your bank or card provider may take longer to credit the funds.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
